With healing and health in mind Kristen Elizabeth Design remodeled a hundred year old cottage style in-laws quarters into a commercial teaching kitchen. This kitchen sits on Green Hill Ranch, a 5 acre family home and orchard that was established in 1903 by Swedish settlers that later became home to an innovative produce family company. Now, this space will provide a haven for those learning to heal with food. With the intent of maintaining the character and history of the space we were inspired by the land and organic beauty of the surrounding orchard. We included state of the art cooking appliances and plenty of space to move around. The simple, natural scheme and elements we created provide a canvas for the food and the memories that will be created in this space, keeping Green Hill Ranch alive and well for another hundred years.
