Universal Design or Living In Place does not mean you have to sacrifice style. Our client needed wheelchair access to the ground floor bathroom after surgery. The existing powder room needed modification. We gutted everything and created a curbless wet room style shower with non-slip floor tiles, wrapped the walls in wood-like tile and created a custom vanity for easy access of styling necessities. Grab bars are hardly noticeable.
