Design Build collaboration with Onion Flats. Included project
development and management of a 16,000sf multi unit residential
project developed on a vacant parcel in the Northern Liberties
neighborhood of Philadelphia. This project incorporated a fully
planted green roof as well as solar hot water, and received LEED
Platinum certification. The project has appeared in various
publications and won the 2010 Urban Land Institutes national and
international Award for Excellence.
