Collaboration with Onion Flats: Included project development and management of a 3,000 sq. ft. single family residence developed on a vacant parcel in the Northern Liberties neighborhood of Philadelphia.
This project incorporated a fully planted green roof as well as solar hot water, storm water reclamation and received LEED Platinum certification.
