Cunningham | Quill Architects was asked to change the relationship of this twenty year old house to its ten-acre site. The house was placed off center towards the road, while a lovely valley was used for parking cars. Cunningham | Quill re-centered the house on the site by adding a new garage, breezeway, and home office to reorient the house towards the pool and view. An outdoor pergola and fireplace complete the composition.
