We partnered with our clients to infuse their home with the sophisticated southern architecture style they desired while addressing key areas needing better functionality and flow. Drawing inspiration from their love of southern design, we set out to create inviting, full-of-character spaces through this whole-home renovation.

Initially, the kitchen felt dark and closed off, so we reimagined the space as part of a kitchen remodel by introducing additional windows. This brought in more natural light and enhanced the overall ambiance, making the kitchen the lively heart of the home.

To improve the connection between the living areas, we redefined the space with an open-concept renovation, removing a brick wall that had originally separated it and introducing stunning exposed beams that seamlessly tie the living room into the rest of the home. We felt the kitchen, breakfast, and sitting room needed better flow for entertaining, so we added a cased opening beside the double-sided fireplace.

Light fixture design throughout the home made each corner feel intentional. The kitchen features gorgeous oversized pendant lighting over the island, sconce lighting over the windows, and under-cabinet lighting on the floating shelves. The dining room chandelier features individually hung crystal shades and feels like a work of art.
