This home started off at a single story 1920's bungalow. The previous homeowner added a second floor with a master suite, but the first floor kitchen and bathroom were still in need of updating. When our client purchased this home those were the top items on her list to improve before moving in. She had a set budget for the project so we decided to keep the original cabinetry and update the finishes.
