The previous owners of this home sadly encountered some very serious health issues that prevented them from being able to give this house the love it deserved. We are grateful that they gave us the opportunity to purchase it and trusted us to restore it for a new family to enjoy. We touched everything in this house, in and out! Some of the major changes were: replacing the old sun room with a usable year round family room, adjusting the floor plan to allow for both a main bath and a master bath as well as a half bath in the lower level, and creating an open living/ dining/ kitchen space featuring a tiered island perfect for gatherings. The best part was hearing how much the new owners love this house!
