This house was another favorite! Paul and I came up with the idea of doing a custom herringbone detail over the island in a coffered ceiling one night at like 2am and once we came up with it we were all in. Another builder friend of ours thought we were nuts, he said "this isn't Architectural Digest you know!" We know, we didn't really care! There are so many details we loved about this house that couldn't really be captured in the photos like the separated his & hers master vanities on the right and left of the master bath entrance, the custom wallpaper in the half bath, the third full bath on the second floor sitting right between 2 bedrooms with a wood tiled shower, and the arabesque floor to ceiling tile around the living room fireplace. The centerpiece of this home was the kitchen with a 10' tiered island with seating on 3 sides, gray chevron pattern back splash, and island painted to match the ceiling above
