This home was lovingly cared for by the previous owner for many years. Though everything was in great shape the finishes were dated and it was time for a refresh! We added dormers to allow enough space to reconfigure the second floor to fit 3 bedrooms. We also converted the old 3 season room on the right to a fully insulated/ heated year round family room open to the kitchen and added a tray ceiling feature. These changes coupled with the updated kitchen and baths resulted in a home that was just perfect for a new growing family.
