One of our favorite collaborations ever! When local chef and entrepreneur, Shelagh Mullen, reached out to us to assist with her kitchen renovation-of course we said -Yes! The very heart of her 1920's era St Paul Tudor home, her kitchen needed both an aesthetic and functional transformation! Walls came down to open the tight outmoded kitchen creating a large, high functioning, sunny place where Shelagh now teaches classes and creates non-stop food creations (of course, most meetings included some kind of food)! Wet bar cabinet doors retrieved from original dining room corner builtins were expertly refurbished. Special features like the proofing rack, shallow spice shelf, knife slots, hand plastered hood, to name just a few, make this kitchen not only gorgeous but one of the hardest working kitchens in all of the Twin Cities!
