No detail was spared (nor stone unturned, literally) in this South Minneapolis 1920’s Craftsman home-both inside and out. Major work included a small but very smart addition off the back including a full renovation to the kitchen allowing for much needed sunlight and a main floor powder room to be added. Above the addition, a new second floor balcony was added overlooking the meticulously landscaped backyard. Other elements in the home included an array of lovely high end natural finishes, a fresh new neutral paint palette, custom window treatments and rugs, and new vintage reproduction lighting throughout the home. A motif designed by the homeowner was used subtly throughout the entire renovation in custom stained glass windows and many iron elements.
