'Out with the old and in with the new' was the philosophy of this decades-long client. The desire to simplify everything from the maintenance of her 1920's home to the amount of 'stuff' to hang onto weighed heavily on making a bold move to a skyline condominium in historic Loring Green East. Working inside an original 1980's condominium posed many challenges as well as even more opportunities. Some of the significant changes were the addition of the stunning fireplace wall, expanding the living room area by fifty percent, and a complete kitchen renovation. The treat of selecting all new furnishings, finishes, and lighting were the capstones of this remarkable new chapter for our client.
