Renovation of an existing attached garage into a light filled 2 story apartment for an active and independent nonagenarian grandmother. The spaces were designed to accommodate a life long collection of antiques, artwork and mementos. The project includes custom built-ins such as a kitchen hutch, a built-in bench at the entry, and mill work.
