This design opened up an original kitchen and storage room to create a much larger kitchen space with extensive storage and eat-in counter. The storage room between the inside of the house and back porch became a new powder room and additional cabinetry for the clients to use as a coffee prep station, serving buffet, or access to the pool in the back of the home.

A laundry room and entry closet was added to what was once a store room that the clients wished to utilize. They now have ample closet space for sports equipment, shoes and coats, etc., and drop off space for coming and going.
