This laundry room needed an update to become more functional to the clients. Previously there was no cabinetry in the space. Both wall and base cabinets were added, including a bench seat with hooks above to be used coming and going in and out of the house. We added a taller cabinet for extra supply storage, as well. We were able to add cabinetry above the washer and dryer while still allowing space for the machines to open and close. The clients wanted to brighten the space, so we used a bright white shaker cabinet with a subtle texture for depth. Blue subway backsplash adds interest along with a decorative pattern on the tile floor. Chrome hardware compliments the cool tone of the space along with the chrome faucet and light fixture. Every part of this new laundry room is now functional.
