House-Swap! It quickly became apparent in the design phase that there wasn't enough storage and functional space to justify a renovation of the existing kitchen. The solution? Move the kitchen to the family room and create a mudroom/laundry space in the old kitchen! A former Breakfast Nook with a window to the deck was converted to a lovely breezeway with a patio door directly outside to the deck. The powder room also received a facelift as well.
