The kitchen and master suite had been remodeled 25 and 30 years ago by our same company! While the quality in construction was there, the finishes were out of date and in need of updating. The cabinetry remained in place, but a few doors were changed, cabinets were added to create a wetbar and display area, and everything got a new color! Replacing the all white kitchen with soft greys and hand made tile gave this kitchen a great facelift! The swimming pool of a bathtub was replaced with a freestanding tub, more appropriate for conservative water needs. The shower is now curb-less and refined with built in shampoo niche, toe niche, elegant tile detailing and frameless glass enclosure.
