Over a period of 4 years our homeowner has revived this 1903 Farmhouse Victorian. A kitchen remodel, bath remodel, added insulation, covered over old broken plaster, and added fresh paint in beautiful pastel shades appropriate for the time period. The homeowner's passion for salvage and reuse led us to reuse the existing trim and wainscot, reproduce architecturally accurate pieces when needed, and use reclaimed products when appropriate. Other items that didn't age well are reproduction pieces fitting of the time period; from light switches to door knobs.
