An Italian Facelift

You have to be inspired with great vision when working with some homes. You can't imagine what was going through my mind when I first took a look at this home, but you can guess!

New Front Facelift.

Existing front elevation/entry. A really interesting color of evergreen on the stucco. Detailing was horrid. One of the most design-challenged homes I've had the pleasure of working on.

Revised Entry was a major overhaul of the existing. Now more reminiscent of an Mediterranean Italian Villa.

Revised Foyer. Getting rid of the two story entry cover allowed more light within the space even with a smaller door and windows above. Now it has room to breathe compared to the existing cramped double door and large 1/2 round transom.
