Rustic Luxe in Shelby

Extensive make over of 1920's structure with numerous additions over the years. On a country club golf course over looking a green and fairway, the existing home had no style to speak of.

The original 1920's structure is the middle, 2 story section that was a sort of mid-century modern farmhouse. The existing garage addition to the left was so poorly constructed it was demolished to make room for the new.
