Davidson Manor House

English Manor with a French Flair. Occupying two smaller lots, this Custom Home takes advantage of a spacious front along the street. The width of the home allows for a more narrow front to back footprint taking advantage of a well developed back yard for a pool and Veranda.

Formality with a Flair. The site is two smaller properties combined to allow the width of the house for an ample backyard. It also dropped dramatically from the roadside and needed space in front to adjust to the existing berm curbside.

A mix of Brick and Stone with Brick accents blends the rough and the uniform to a textural permanence of the exterior. Use of simple, clean detailing around the windows gives more of a country appearance and feel.
