Kitchen and master bath renovation of a two bedroom apartment in Arlington, VA. Existing kitchen was completely demolished and wall facing living room was opened to allow access to the living room. New kitchen included new stainless steel appliances, cooktop and ceiling mounted hood vent, new quartz countertop, white ceramic subway tile backsplash, alder wood cabinets, and custom paneled refrigerator. The kitchen floor was also redone to match existing living room floor.

Master bath was renovated with all new finishes including marble floor, herringbone pattern wall in shower, and thermostatic trim.

The whole apartment was also painted and a new HVAC system was installed.
