A 1952 gem is restored and remodeled in the mid-century modern Pine Ridge development. On the main level, a small addition expanded the kitchen and dining area while a new steel beam opened the space to the family room and rear screen porch. The kitchen features cabinetry by Poggen Pohl and appliances by Miele. A hidden door conceals a custom site-built pantry closet. The master bedroom was remodeled and a custom site-built closet was installed. A master bathroom featuring a curb-less shower and floating vanity and floating top was added on suite to the master. The main level guest bedroom and guest bathroom were renovated while preserving the original floor tiles. Hardwood floors were uncovered, salvaged, and refinished throughout. The lower level work included a renovated bedroom and third bathroom adjoining a walk-out basement with original wood paneling. The exterior features site-built fir windows and Ipe slat board cladding and Ipe decking stoop.
