This condominium remodeling project at Tower Villas focused on practical enhancements to modernize the living space. The kitchen underwent a comprehensive upgrade, featuring new cabinetry, countertops, appliances, and a spacious peninsula island. Both the master and hall bathrooms were revamped with new fixtures, cabinetry, and updated tile work. The removal of bulkheads in front of sliding doors and windows, coupled with a redesign of ductwork, offered uninterrupted cityscape views. Remodeled areas benefited from a new electrical design, ensuring both functionality and a contemporary aesthetic. Additionally, the entire condominium underwent renovations to create a unified and harmonious living space, including the replacement of parquet flooring with new luxury vinyl plank, scraping and repairing textured ceilings, and a fresh coat of paint throughout, excluding the mechanical room. This comprehensive approach brought the 1974 condominium into the present day with a blend of practicality and modern aesthetics.
