We renovated the kitchen and master bath of this 1950s colonial in Falls Church. The new kitchen has new cabinets, hickory hardwood countertops, silestone backsplash, and all new appliances including a Sub-Zero refrigerator and Lacanche range. The master bath was remodeled and updated with new tile and fixtures.

The home was also made wheelchair accessible by adding a new ramp entry to the rear of the house, enlarging the rear door opening, and making modifications to the downstairs bathroom.

The wood floors were refinished throughout and the entire house was painted.
