At our latest project at Tower Villas, we took two separate penthouse units and transformed them into a spacious and stunning three-bedroom, three-bathroom home.

Our team removed the demising wall that once separated the two units to create a seamless open-concept living space. The living room, dining room, and kitchen now flow effortlessly together, making entertaining a breeze.

The heart of this home is the magnificent kitchen. Featuring custom flat-panel cabinetry, Babylon gray quartz countertops, and top-of-the-line appliances, including a 42" Sub-Zero refrigerator and ceiling-mounted range hood. We also transformed the kitchen in the other unit into a sleek new bar area, perfect for hosting guests and enjoying a nightcap.

We didn't stop at the kitchen – we reimagined the entire interior to create a light-filled and open living space. We removed the large bulkheads throughout to highlight the breathtaking views of the Washington Monument. And with three fully renovated bathrooms and a laundry room designed for maximum functionality, this home is the epitome of comfort and convenience.
