This client had an existing vinyl swimming pool and was looking to update the appearance of the space. We installed a bluestone coping to the existing pool. In order to add space around the pool, we installed a bluestone patio and built a custom natural stone seat wall on one end of the patio to provide additional seating without requiring additional patio furniture. Up against the house, we built a raised bluestone patio and attached a shade structure to the house to provide a shaded area to retreat to on those hot summer days. To finish off the updated pool area, we installed a variety of plants including Rozanne geranium grown amongst Dwarf Fountain grass, Pink Supreme Carpet rose, Elephant Ear, and rare Phantom hydrangea.
