This client wanted to add a formal patio to the rear of their house. In order to achieve a formal look, we designed a symmetrical space. The bluestone patio is surrounded by a curved seat wall made from Pennsylvania fieldstone. The curved seat wall has a custom bluestone cap and provides plenty of additional seating for additional guests without requiring extra chairs. The curved seat wall is framed by two Japanese Red Maple trees.
