This was a phased project and required modification to the clients existing septic easement to allow for the construction of the pool. One of the many benefits of having a Master Plan prepared is that septic impacts can often be overcome and phased projects can be accommodated if designed properly. This project had to overcome significant space restrictions and grade implications in the planning stages.
