Whenever a project has significant grade changes in a close proximity it creates unique challenges to overcome. These clients wanted to have a sitting area incorporated between their back porch and their existing pool, the problem was this space was far from level. The result is a quaint sitting area surrounded by retaining walls, that also work as seat walls, located mid-level between a series of curvilinear steps.
