We partnered with the homeowner to update his Lake Tahoe vacation rental. The goal was to update the home to a luxury rental status and add additional sleeping quarters. The following updates were made: Updated kitchen, baths, fireplaces and wet bar; converted lower level from sauna, hot tub and gym space to kids bunk/play area with 2nd master suite and full bath. Result? A fantastic luxury property rental in high demand and part time owner's getaway!
