Built in the 1970's, this dated Incline Village condo was in much need of renovation. We remodeled both the master and guest baths. The condo is only 1,200 sq. ft., so the baths are quite compact. But, with cosmetic updates (no walls were changed or moved), we created quite the transformation! The request was for functional baths with clean, simple lines and a tranquil feeling. We kept the color palette very neutral but played with shapes - hexagonal floor tile and hardware in the master and chevron shower floor and niche in the guest.
