A piece of sea glass was the inspiration behind this Bauer Woods remodel. Our clients wanted to turn their ordinary master bath into a spacious spa oasis. The sea glass represented the relaxed and calming feel our client desired for her master bathroom. The blue/green ocean-like color of the glass was pulled in through the mosaic back splash, shower liner, and bath towels. Our client’s had specific ideas for the materials, particularly light wood cabinets. They loved the warm tone of the wood slab doors our designer selected, reminiscent of warm, sandy beaches. Waves in the main floor tile represent ripples along the shoreline. The gorgeous waterfall feature in the shower is a nod to the outdoors. The main vanity transitions into a makeup vanity for our client, complete with a magnifying mirror. Contemporary light fixtures, single hole faucets, and a bypass shower door are the perfect finishing touches.
