Originally built by our humble owner himself and his father in 1976, this job holds sentimental value. The owners, who just so happen to also be Rod’s brother and sister-in-law, were quite attached to their 35 year Tigard home with its quiet and secluded setting surround by trees, yet still just a few minutes from I-5 freeway access. But now, with kids raised and out of the house, they decided it was time to trade in the ‘70s style gold vinyl floors, dark brown shag carpet and dark, dingy and rather uninspiring kitchen and family room for a space they would look forward to coming home to after world travels and a space inspired by them.
