It’s hard to imagine, but the spacious addition you see here used to be a small, cramped dining room, family room, and galley kitchen. The change in the ceiling to a vaulted roof is where we expanded into the backyard. Talk about a drastic change! The clients love their new space almost as much as we do (ok, probably more!). Painted white cabinets combined with dark stained cabinets lighten up the kitchen. The dark stain on the base cabinets is repeated in the open shelves and the fireplace hearth. Gray quartz countertops on the perimeter pair perfectly with the beautiful granite on the island. Warm tones in the subway and glass liner complement the cabinetry and the stainless appliances. Our designer was able to squeeze not one, but two pantry’s into this kitchen, every cook’s dream!
