With beautiful canyon views, this home was transformed from a dated country cottage to a chic, modern retreat. We gutted the kitchen to create an open plan that now accomodates a large walnut island with room for bar stool seating. The kitchen's deep teal cabinetry was inspired by the abundant greenery outside and we carried these colors throughout the home. A dramatic stone fireplace, wide plank white oak flooring, contemporary windows and a newly built deck bring the outside in. The primary bathroom is clad in a teal matte glass tile in a geometric pattern, with gray stone flooring and a freestanding tub. The main bedroom has an adjacent office space and outdoor patio. The powder room is wrapped in a turquoise-teal grasscloth with custom vanity. A family room, guest bathroom and two guest rooms are downstairs.
