Quartzite counters, matte brass faucets and brass hardware warm up the graphic pattern of the tile backsplash. The primary bathroom also employs a black and white scheme, with textured tile, matte black fixtures and a custom walnut vanity. The primary bedroom walls are covered in a teal green grasscloth with a custom closet that completes the space. The kids bathroom has a black & white patterned accent wall, with black penny tiles above the teal vanity. The downstairs bathroom utilizes a bold patterned floor tile in black, gray & white that extends into the shower. A new contemporary linear fireplace was installed, replacing an outdated fireplace and changing the orientation of the living room.
