From the spacious white kitchen and gray island, to its open plan and high ceilings, this newly built home is contemporary but has the warmth of traditional accents. A tranquil blue and white color scheme in varying hues compliment the warm gray wide-plank wood flooring. We used some traditional furnishings with more contemporary, clean lined pieces of furniture in the living room. The large oil painting sets the color tone and we brought in several brass furniture pieces to play off the cooler blues. The family room has a custom navy blue sectional sofa and chair and ottoman for relaxing. Custom rugs were used in both rooms and bi-fold doors open up to the beautiful backyard and pool. The front sitting room has 4 chairs in a teal fabric that circle a wood and iron table.
