Toluca Lake Townhouse

This townhouse, located in a beautiful part of Toluca Lake, underwent a complete gut remodel. With a new kitchen, new wood flooring, 3 bathrooms, primary bedroom, guest bedroom, living room and family room, nothing was left untouched. Opening the doorways into the kitchen was essential to creating a better flow. Our clients were very clear on their preferences: a black and white palette with a mix of light gray tones to keep this two-story home as light and open as we could.

The powder room has a fabulous black, white & gray grasscloth with a black custom floating vanity. Beautiful crystal pendant lights are the jewelry in the room

The dining room overlooks the living room and has a vintage dining table and chairs with a contemporary nickel chandelier. The fireplace was remodeled with a soft gray stone tile that compliments the mostly neutral scheme.

The primary bathroom was clad in large format tile that has the look and texture of leather. It gives the room a tactile coziness that drywall could not achieve. A custom wood vanity and matte black faucets complete the room.

The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo and we used a black and white patterned tile as an accent wall. The other walls are in a complimentary stone tile. The light wood vanity is paired with a black matte tile floor.
