The client came to me to do a really cool Airbnb that could serve as a family retreat sleeping 18-24, yet be designed so that at a future date could be sold as a single family residence.

Cool features include the builtin bunk nooks in the bedrooms, which in the future could be the closet for each bedroom. In addition the dedicated bunk room and game room, with two queens and two twins, can double as a future bedroom.

Each bedroom has a private bath. And the primary bedroom's closet aslo doubles as a sleeping area.

This will be the Third home Elliot has designed for me.
