In 2008 we designed seven unique townhouses for a really cool enclave developed by The Brohn Group near the SOCO area of South Congress. The homes were developed in a Hill Country Contemporary/Modern Aesthetic.

The homes range from 1,462 s.f. to 2,020 s.f.

The homes were so popular that even during the height of the 2008 recession, the community was sold out in eighteen month.
