I designed this personal house for Adam Boenig, partner in the Brohn Group. I have done a lot of work with the Brohn Group including a new 60 unit development in South Austin called 'The Skyway.'

Adam wanted a home that had cleaner and more contemporary lines, but had the warmth of a more traditional style. The lot was a very long, narrow lot alongside the Austin Country Club golf course.

In 2012 4181 Westlake Drive won two Max Awards; Best One-of-a-Kind Home and Best Master Bath.
