This plan for Tom Hodd of Sunrise Builders was the culmination of ten years of design experience. I am extremely proud of the Spanish Revival home for a terrific lot in Seven Oaks.

The plan was designed to take advantage of two different natural shelves or levels of the lot. The lower shelf encompasses the main level that surrounds a stupendous outdoor living area and pool.

The upper shelf is accessed from the second floor secondary bedrooms and would provide a very usable yard for the children. A guest suite provides the link from the first floor to the second floor and from the lower shelf to the upper shelf.
