Working within the constraints of the Takoma Park Historic District, we expanded this modest bungalow significantly while restoring the traditional bungalow charm to the street facade. We blended the best of bungalow living - historic character, high ceilings and lots of natural light - with graciously proportioned spaces in an open floor plan that features a large family room and cathedral ceiling at the rear of the home.
