Clearwater is a house designed for a lot on Camano Island in Pacific Northwest Washington. The home is located on the hillside looking across the island and onto the bay. The home sits on a lot featuring 180 degrees views of the beautiful Puget Sound area and the scenic mountains surrounding this beautiful location.



This project included design work for our clients who wanted to build their dream homes. Clearwater was designed featuring a two-car garage as well as RV parking adjacent. The home's many bedrooms allow for plenty of guests to stay in comfort when visiting. The single-story home features a full rear deck facing the hillside that looks down to Puget Sound that offers ample room for outdoor dining, living, and lounging during our beautiful Northwest summers.
