This home had been in the family for a generation. Our clients came to us and asked for an expansion, and an update. The plan called for the rear of the home to be demolished, and an addition of 1,000 sq. ft. to allow for a master suite and expanded kitchen. We relocated the entry and changed the roof line, which combined to give the home a very different feel. We adjusted nearly every square inch of the house.
