Our client had considered the purchase of another home in the area, but decided to add on to their existing home, instead. We needed to gain a master suite upstairs, with an expanded kitchen and keeping room downstairs. A garage with apartment was also added for additional guest space. For Phase 2, we enclosed the space between those structures to allow for a new family entrance and travel between all spaces.
