We were contacted by this client who was looking to finish out a spacious basement for additional living space. It was technically challenging due to the need to penetrate the existing floor system, while working around existing infrastructure, and excavating to allow for head height. We were also able to expand a Bonus Room into an unused attic to allow the kids more space.
