This house needed an official master suite on the main, so our in-house staff provided design services and drafting to add on the space needed to accommodate. During the process, we renovated the upstairs bath, and a few other details. For phase 2, we remodeled a living room by capturing an adjacent room, and we added a guest suite and guest bath. An ADU was damaged by Helene, so we re-worked that structure to be an office and a pavilion.
